Early Bird and Full Registration conference fees Include:
· Arrival, mid-morning and mid-afternoon tea/coffee break
· Lunch on Tuesday & Wednesday
· Access to the Welcome Function (Mon 8 Sep 2025) and Conference Dinner (Tue 9 Sep 2025)
· Access to all conference sessions
· Access to the exhibition space for the duration of the conference
Kindly note that registration fees do not include flights, travel, transfers and accommodation. These need to be arranged separately. You can however, book your accommodation as an additional extra when registering and it will be displayed on the registration form.
Early Bird Registrations
To qualify for the Early Bird registration, you are required to register and pay before/on Monday 30 June 2025.
Student Registrations
To qualify for the student registration fee, you need to be a full-time student at a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution. A copy of your student identification card must be provided during the registration process. Without this, the full registration fee will be charged.
Registration Process
Once you have completed the registration form you will have the opportunity to make payment. Payment options will be via credit card, EFT or pay later. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Summit Software’. When you have completed the process, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an official invoice within 5 business days from completing the registration process.
Any changes required to your registration must be sent to secretariat@saieg.co.za.
Pre-payment will be required and delegates will not be allowed to attend the conference if there is still an amount outstanding.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing to secretariat@saieg.co.za.
Cancellation fees:
· On or before Thursday 31 July 2025 = ZAR 750 administration fee.
· Friday 1 August – Friday 22 August 2025 = 25% of total invoice.
· After Friday 22 August 2025 = no refunds.
· Registrations are transferable.
Refunds will only be made after the conference.

The Windhoek Country Club Resort in Windhoek, Namibia, will host the African Regional IAEG Conference, offering modern facilities and warm African hospitality.

Namibia
Many visitors to Namibia start their adventure in Windhoek, the capital and largest city of this South African country. Nama, Herero, German, Afrikaans, and British cultures have influenced the growth and development of Windhoek. Visit the statue of Hosea Kutako, a nationalist hero, in the gardens surrounding the Tintenpalast, the seat of the Namibian legislature, or chow down on ostrich kebab or zebra steak at Joe’s Beerhouse before leaving on a safari into the Namibian wilderness.
